14601 Description And Summary : |

Staring in engine low pressure fuel system sensor (g410), circuit high causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system throttle actuator control system, forced engine shutdown or interference in mechatronic module is the final reason of the code. |
14601 Possible Causes:
14601 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 14601 Code
- Inspect all the connections linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 3 / reference voltage, short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
