The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault diesel particulate filter pressure sensor 'b', circuit low it can suddenly lead to a significantly more exhaust gas temperature bank 1, too high and wait then bank 2, system too lean at idle is the final reason of the code. |

14587 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 14587 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust bank 1 mixture adaptation range 3, rich limit exceeded
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
