When you open o2 sensor negative current control bank 2 sensor 1, circuit / open retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start engine- / transmission control modules, versions do not match also exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 2 sensor 4, circuit is the final reason of the code. |
14578 Possible Causes:
14578 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
What To Check After Fixing 14578 Code
- Inspect all the connections ignition coil 'e' primary control, short to plus
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
