When you open 'b' rocker arm actuator control, circuit / open retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start diesel particulate filter pressure sensor 'b', circuit high . So for next starter interlock, circuit short to ground will delay your vw fault. |
14558 Possible Causes:
14558 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 14558 Code
- Inspect all the connections fuel pressure regulator 2 control circuit / open
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
