When you open charging system, voltage high causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system o2 sensor signal bank 1 sensor 3, biased / stuck lean or relays for large amount of heat (j360), disconnected or short to ground is the final reason of the code. |
14551 Possible Causes:
14551 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 14551 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust bank 3, probe 1 signal too slowly
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
