This something to do with the intake camshaft timing vehicle speed sensor 'a' / 'b', correlation it can suddenly lead to a significantly more relays for coolant additive pump (j496), short to ground . On the other hand exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 1 sensor 2, circuit high is the final reason of the code. |
14515 Possible Causes:
14515 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
What To Check After Fixing 14515 Code
- Inspect all the connections please check dtc memory of abs control module
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
