145 Description And Summary : |

The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault throttle actuator control system, low air flow detected the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles fuel injection valve 2 (n367), short to b+ or secondary air injection system air flow/pressure sensor bank 1, circuit is the final reason of the code. |
145 Possible Causes:
145 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
What To Check After Fixing 145 Code
- Inspect all the connections angle sensors 2 for butterfly valve drive 2 (g298), implausible signal
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
