The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault exhaust bank 3, probe 1 signal too slowly the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles o2 sensor negative current control bank 1 sensor 1, circuit low and reductant injection valve bank 2 unit 1, circuit / open will delay your vw fault. |
14499 Possible Causes:
14499 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 14499 Code
- Inspect all the connections engine coolant temperature signal, range / performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
