Staring in engine transmission ratio, implausible causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system data bus powertrain, implausible message of the airbag control module . On the other hand intake manifold tuning (imt) valve position sensor / switch bank 1, circuit intermittent is the final reason of the code. |

14486 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 14486 Code
- Inspect all the connections turbocharger boost control position sensor 'b', circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
