The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault activation 2-unit injector valve, short to b+ run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed injector cylinder 16 (n393), circuit low or change linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 3 / common ground wire, short to ground is the final reason of the code. |
14456 Possible Causes:
14456 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent

- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
What To Check After Fixing 14456 Code
- Inspect all the connections linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 3 / pump current, open circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
