This code were stamped on VW Engine case throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'd', circuit intermittent mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor diesel particulate filter differential pressure too high bank 2 and tiptronic switch recognition (f189), open circuit / signal to b+ is the final reason of the code.
