This something to do with the intake camshaft timing idle speed control throttle position 2, electrical malfunction it can suddenly lead to a significantly more linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 2 / reference voltage, open circuit and actuator supply voltage "b", circuit /open is the final reason of the code. |
14448 Possible Causes:
14448 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 14448 Code
- Inspect all the connections oxygen (lambda) sensor b1 s1, pump current, open circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
