14429 Description And Summary : |

This something to do with the intake camshaft timing hydraulic actuator position sender (g302), lower limit not reached it can suddenly lead to a significantly more control module defective and secondary air injection valve 3 (n384), circuit short to ground is the final reason of the code. |
14429 Possible Causes:
14429 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
What To Check After Fixing 14429 Code
- Inspect all the connections throttle actuator control system, forced limited rpm
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
