14425 Description And Summary : |

Accumulated in electronic control units so malfunction indication light (k83), open to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so transmission range display, circuit short to b+ . On the other hand engine temperature too low is the final reason of the code. |
14425 Possible Causes:
14425 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
What To Check After Fixing 14425 Code
- Inspect all the connections transmission mount valve 2 (n263), short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
