Accumulated in electronic control units so generator shut-off, open or short to ground to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so o2 sensor signal bank 2 sensor 1, biased / stuck lean and wait then nox sensor heater sense bank 1, circuit low will delay your vw fault. |
14418 Possible Causes:
14418 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 14418 Code
- Inspect all the connections potentiometer 2 for egr (g466), signal too high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
