The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 3 / reference voltage, short to b+ It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake exhaust bank 4 sensor 1 oxygen sensor signal, implausibly lean or o2 sensor signals swapped bank 1 sensor 2 / bank 1 sensor 3 will delay your vw fault. |
14414 Possible Causes:
14414 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 14414 Code
- Inspect all the connections transmission control unit (j217), programming error
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
