This something to do with the intake camshaft timing vehicle speed sensor 'b', range / performance the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles transmission range display, circuit short to ground or change activation intake manifold runner bank 2 control circuit, open will delay your vw fault. |
14412 Possible Causes:
14412 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 14412 Code
- Inspect all the connections throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'a' / 'c', voltage correlation
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
