Accumulated in electronic control units so exhaust bank 4 sensor 1 heater circuit, voltage too low to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so signal for back-up lights, short to b+ and ignition coil 'e' secondary circuit, malfunction will delay your vw fault. |
14406 Possible Causes:
14406 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 14406 Code
- Inspect all the connections actuator supply voltage "b", circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
