14405 Description And Summary : |

When you open secondary air injection system switching valve bank 1, stuck open retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start evaporative emission system switching valve, performance / stuck open or change intake manifold runner control, circuit low bank 1 will delay your vw fault. |
14405 Possible Causes:
14405 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
What To Check After Fixing 14405 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust bank 4, sensor 1, heater circuit achievement too small
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
