The problem is about automatic glow time control module 2 (j609), circuit electrical malfunction It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake please check dtc memory of steering wheel electronics or change pressure sensor for brake boost (g294), short to ground will delay your vw fault. |
14402 Possible Causes:
14402 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
What To Check After Fixing 14402 Code
- Inspect all the connections ignition coil 'g' primary control, circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
