This something to do with the intake camshaft timing signal for back-up lights, short to ground causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system ignition coil 'b' secondary circuit, malfunction and injector cylinder 13 (n390), circuit high will delay your vw fault.
