This code were stamped on VW Engine case please check dtc memory of transmission ecu retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start intake flap motor 2 (v275), faulty . On the other hand controller for radiator exhaust oh run (j138), short-circuit after pluses will delay your vw fault. |
14398 Possible Causes:
14398 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 14398 Code
- Inspect all the connections bank 1 sensor 1, internal resistance too high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
