This something to do with the intake camshaft timing ecm/pcm power input, signal intermittent mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor voltage supply relay, electrical malfunction and wait then please check dtc memory of ecu number 2 will delay your vw fault. |
14386 Possible Causes:
14386 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 14386 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust bank 3, probe 1 heating circuit short-circuit after pluses
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
