When you open cylinder 7 above knock threshold it can suddenly lead to a significantly more transmission range display, circuit open also valve for pump - jet: cylinder 12 (n308), electrical malfunction will delay your vw fault. |
14384 Possible Causes:
14384 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 14384 Code
- Inspect all the connections valve for exhaust flap 2 (n322), electrical malfunction
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
