The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault fuel mixture control adjustment range 3, higher limit not reached it can suddenly lead to a significantly more fuel pressure regulator 2 control circuit / open and wait then data bus powertrain, missing message from adr control module will delay your vw fault. |
14378 Possible Causes:
14378 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Reverse Input Circuit
What To Check After Fixing 14378 Code
- Inspect all the connections fuel shutoff valve "b" control, circuit / open
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
