This something to do with the intake camshaft timing linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 2 / common ground wire, short to ground retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start injector cylinder 15 (n392), circuit low and wait then oxygen (lambda) sensor b2 s1, pump current, open circuit will delay your vw fault. |
14311 Possible Causes:
14311 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
What To Check After Fixing 14311 Code
- Inspect all the connections valve for pump - jet: cylinder 9 (n305), regulation range exceeded
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
