This code were stamped on VW Engine case linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 3 / common ground wire, short to b+ retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start 'b' rocker arm actuator system, performance or stuck off . So for next ecm/pcm power input, signal high will delay your vw fault.
