The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault intake manifold runner control, regulation deviation mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor transmission output speed sensor 2 (g196), no signal . So for next secondary air injection system air flow/pressure sensor bank 1, circuit is the final reason of the code. |
14298 Possible Causes:
14298 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input

What To Check After Fixing 14298 Code
- Inspect all the connections butterfly valve control unit 2 (j544) errors in basic adjustment
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
