14290 Description And Summary :

This something to do with the intake camshaft timing exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 2 sensor 5, circuit / open to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so turbocharger (tc)control module 2, faulty . So for next intake manifold tuning (imt) valve position sensor / switch bank 1, circuit will delay your vw fault.

14290 Possible Causes:

14290 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

  • Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
  • Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
  • Reverse Input Circuit
  • Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction

  • Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
  • Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
