This something to do with the intake camshaft timing exhaust bank 2 sensor 1 oxygen sensor signal, voltage too low during deceleration retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'f', circuit high you can see the secondary air injection system pump bank 2, stuck on is the final reason of the code.
