The problem is about fuel pressure regulator 2 control circuit / open mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor exhaust gas recirculation vent control, circuit low and secondary air injection pump-c-relay (j704), circuit electrical malfunction is the final reason of the code. |
14264 Possible Causes:
14264 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 14264 Code
- Inspect all the connections secondary air injection pump-c-relay (j704), circuit short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
