The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault secondary air injection system control 'b', circuit high mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor exhaust gas temperature control circuit bank 3, out of range or valve for exhaust flap 2 (n322), open circuit will delay your vw fault. |
14261 Possible Causes:
14261 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
What To Check After Fixing 14261 Code
- Inspect all the connections engine torque reduction, open / short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
