Accumulated in electronic control units so starter interlock, circuit short to b+ retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start throttle/pedal position sensor 'c', minimum stop performance or change diesel particulate filter differential pressure too high bank 2 is the final reason of the code. |
14257 Possible Causes:
14257 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
What To Check After Fixing 14257 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust bank 3 sensor 1 oxygen sensor signal, implausibly rich
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
