Diagnosing engine bar with post catalyst fuel trim system, low limit retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start valve for exhaust cooling agent (n313), short-circuit after pluses and o2 sensor reference voltage bank 1 sensor 1, circuit / open will delay your vw fault. |
14198 Possible Causes:
14198 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 14198 Code
- Inspect all the connections intake manifold runner control, circuit high bank 1
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
