14196 Possible Causes:
14196 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical

- Inspect all the connections nox sensor heater sense bank 2, circuit high
