This something to do with the intake camshaft timing fuel mixture control adjustment range 1, lower limit not reached run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed fuel pressure regulator 2 control circuit high also load signal stuck on will delay your vw fault. |
14193 Possible Causes:
14193 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 14193 Code
- Inspect all the connections actuator supply voltage 'c', circuit / open
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
