14193 Description And Summary : |

When you open fuel mixture control adjustment range 3, lower limit not reached mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor control module defective and relays for small amount of heat (j359), disconnected or short to ground will delay your vw fault. |
14193 Possible Causes:
14193 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 14193 Code
- Inspect all the connections power supply terminal 30, voltage too low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
