Staring in engine throttle actuator control system, forced limited rpm It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake intake manifold runner bank 1 control, basic setting aborted mechanical limit open you can see the system too rich at higher load, bank 1 is the final reason of the code. |
14191 Possible Causes:
14191 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders

- Inspect all the connections throttle actuator control motor, circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
