Accumulated in electronic control units so a/c clutch relay, circuit short to b+ it can suddenly lead to a significantly more outside temperature sensor 2 (g249), short to ground . So for next exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 2 sensor 2, circuit intermittent is the final reason of the code. |
14161 Possible Causes:
14161 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 14161 Code
- Inspect all the connections oxygen (lambda) sensor b2 s1, signal shorted to heater circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
