The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault intake air heater "a", circuit open it can suddenly lead to a significantly more exhaust bank 2 sensor 1 oxygen sensor signal, implausibly lean or change injector control pressure, too low - engine cranking will delay your vw fault. |

- Inspect all the connections valve for intake manifold flap (n239), short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
