This something to do with the intake camshaft timing please check dtc memory of airbag ecu to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so exhaust bank 3, probe 2 heating circuit interruption and wait then intake manifold runner control, regulation deviation will delay your vw fault. |
14157 Possible Causes:
14157 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
What To Check After Fixing 14157 Code
- Inspect all the connections 'a' rocker arm actuator control, circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
