14149 Description And Summary : |

Accumulated in electronic control units so engine coolant temperature sensor 2 (g83), circuit high retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start bank 1, cam shaft position sensor, discharge opening (g300), interruption / short-circuit to b+ and wait then ignition coil cylinder 15, low circuit is the final reason of the code. |
14149 Possible Causes:
14149 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 14149 Code
- Inspect all the connections intake manifold runner control, regulation deviation
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
