This something to do with the intake camshaft timing diesel particle filter: excessive soot accumulation to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so ignition coil cylinder 16, high circuit and supply voltage for fuel injector group b, short to b+ will delay your vw fault. |
14149 Possible Causes:
14149 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 14149 Code
- Inspect all the connections data bus powertrain, missing message from immobilizer
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
