14148 Possible Causes:
14148 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
What To Check After Fixing 14148 Code
- Inspect all the connections relay 2 for power supply (b+)terminal 30, range/performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
