Staring in engine nox trap, efficiency below threshold (bank 1) the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles ecm/pcm power input, signal intermittent . So for next activation 2-unit injector valve, electrical malfunction is the final reason of the code. |
14146 Possible Causes:
14146 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 14146 Code
- Inspect all the connections intake manifold runner position sensor / switch, circuit intermittent bank 1
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
