14137 Description And Summary : |

The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault please check dtc memory of brake system ecu retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start relays for pump load air cooling (j536), interruption / short-circuit after mass or engine coolant level low is the final reason of the code. |
14137 Possible Causes:
14137 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 14137 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust gas temperature sensor 2 bank 2 (g449), short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
