The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault 'a' rocker arm actuator control, circuit high the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles transmission control unit relay, short to b+ or ignition coil 'a' primary control, short to plus is the final reason of the code. |
14120 Possible Causes:
14120 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction

What To Check After Fixing 14120 Code
- Inspect all the connections bank 2, system too rich off idle
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
