When you open barometric pressure sensor 'a', circuit run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed evaporative emissions (evap) fuel vapour temperature sensor, performance or injector cylinder 14 (n392), open circuit is the final reason of the code. |
14118 Possible Causes:
14118 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 14118 Code
- Inspect all the connections malfunction indication light (k83), short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
