Diagnosing engine bar with secondary air injection system bank 2, high air flow It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake valve for pump - jet, cylinder 3 (n242), electrical malfunction also hydraulic pressure sensor 1, adaptation at limit is the final reason of the code. |
141 Possible Causes:
141 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 141 Code
- Inspect all the connections o2 sensor reference voltage bank 1 sensor 1, circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
