Accumulated in electronic control units so reductant / regeneration supply control, circuit / open It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake throttle/pedal position sensor 'a', maximum stop performance or supply voltage for fuel injector group a, short to b+ will delay your vw fault. |
14097 Possible Causes:
14097 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 14097 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 1 sensor 4, circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
