When you open accelerator pedal position sensor 2 (g185), signal too high It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake valve for torque support mount, short to plus or change fuel shutoff valve "b" control, circuit high will delay your vw fault. |
14088 Possible Causes:
14088 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
What To Check After Fixing 14088 Code
- Inspect all the connections intake manifold runner control, circuit high bank 2
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
